    Decent Network Auditing/Range Scanner

Ok so what tools are the best for this - preferably windows based. Currently I'm using Advanced LAN Scanner to suss out problems with mate's networks (LAN Parties etc, when noone can get online) but I feel that it may not be doing quite as much as it could.

What are the best tools to find out what's on a network and where, and provides decent info about the PCs.

    Thanks
    Rawrr!
