HP Pavilion ze5700 (keeps restarting before I even get logged in)

I have a big HP pc and it didn't come with a boot disk because they said it doesn't need one bacause it has a seperate place on the hard drive that you use as the boot disk. The repair person charged me fifty dollars last time he came out and that's what he told me, all HPs are like that he said. They only come with these quick restore cds. I have everything that came with both computers here. I forgot what he did to my big computer last time we watched how he reinstalled windows with no cd just f5 or something. Have you used these disk before?thanks for helping us.

I would try the disks from that website first. I know that Compaq and HP have been shipping kit like that for some time. I am not sure if it will work (my HP is a 286 ) given the problem that you have.
