Having recently read this, save yourself some money and do what I did, get it from your local library. I was not specifically looking for it, it just caught my eye in the computer section.

I found it to be a nice little read, and that's about all. It was purely historical from 1999-2004, mainly about the people involved. Nothing in it that could'nt be Google'd
