Looks like a plane old substition cypher to me.

As for help ..........
I found that the book [paper + print ]
The Code Book by Simon Singh [ISBN 1-85702-889-9]
gives a good all round intro into cryptography
and at a guess I'd plump for a varient on the Vigenere cipher
so now I'm in my SIXTIES FFS

You don't have to solve the whole thing, only enough of it to figure the rest out. Just like any other encryption, it can be broken with time. For this game, I would set up a “One-to-One Mapping”. Meaning either horizontally or vertically, write down all the 26 letters of the Alphabet in proper order. Then use your hint to advance each letter by the given amount. L 2, Z 1, E 3, R 6,G 5, etc. That means advance L +2 or L = N, Z +1 or Z = A, etc., places to obtain the correct letter.
A...B...C...D...E...F...G...H...I...J...K...L...M...N...O...P...Q...R...S...T...U...V...W...X...Y...Z
....................H.........L.....................N.............................X........................................A
That should get you started. In the ciphered text look for letters utilized multiply times and try find the sequence of the substitution. Sometimes that is difficult, but it is there.

about the way ,, someone tell me this encryption is in the system : [Enigma / the nazi] ..

Well I really doubt if we could get a WWII German Enigma Machine on Ebay, however, I have toyed with simulators from this site you might give them a whirl. I'll go to the game site and see what's up.
You can get copies of the Banbury sheets with explanations on how to use them. Just google them.
