hmmm... try downloading and running hijackthis http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html then paste the logfile here, we may be able to notice anything that could be causing the problem.

I isolated the problem. Seems that it was a problem with Tugzip. I will try reinstalling it.
