    USB Password Manager

I'd like to find a password manager that meets the following requirements:

Must fit on a 128MB USB keychain drive
Must be able to manage at least 12 web username/password combos
Must be able to label each set eg. "paypal", "ebay", etc
Must be able to run on any Windows system (no install required)
Must store the passwords using some kind of encryption (enough to prevent accidental use)
Must require only a single passphrase per session

Ideally it should be free since I already have the USB device.

    thank you for any recommendations.

    cheers,

    catch
