    Sony Clie software

    Hello.
    I have a Sony Clie NX 80V, and I am not able to get it to work with my computer. When I insert the software disc, a message comes up that says, "C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." It give me two options, close and ignore, but either one I choose it will not run the software. Any help would be nice!
