hey people,
nihil, Relyt, foxyloxley, front2back.
got me drive back, "my precious"
the tests run:
1) ewido security
2) a-sequared search
3) spybot-search and destroy
4) ad-ware removal
5) tune up utilities
6) mcafee virus scan
7) mcafee antispyware
all tests run in safe mode and restarted and ran the scans again (just to be sure).
then went to My Computer and...........there it was.
thanx all
now back to gamming.

Thank you for letting us know...........you have no idea how frustrating it is for a thread to just "die" without any feedback on what worked

At least Foxy~ will understand that one? 
For my US readers: "gamming" would be like "giving USN latrines" but in the singular of the latrines?

gaming, gaming,
games. you know, the kind you play on the computer with keyboard and the mouse. maybe use the gamepad sometime.
checked the spellings. (and saw the spell check at the bottom.....)
