Characters Being Displayed as Question Marks
k I did a quick lookaround and didn't find this officially posted. Some characters above the 128 mark according to ISO-8859-1 are just being displayed as question marks all of a sudden (haven't checked the site in three or four days though...)
Maybe some webmaster was screwing around with character sets or upgraded php or something?

Using Mozilla-1.7.5 with Slackware 10.1, kernel version 2.6.14.1, if that makes any difference...
