    I'm running xp and I keep getting encrypted packets under 'use: cisco-xremote'
    Did someone piss in the gene pool?

    Now there is 'tl1 telnet' and 'tl1 raw'

    Windows firewall isnt much good... I have to get my linux one set up

    at a guess, it's a cut off command for a remote viewing [cisco -x for terminate - remote]

    Google comes up mainly, with links to people trying to access networks

    do you have any way of scanning your system to see what, if any unknowns are open / transmitting / listening ?

    For now Im happily back on my linux laptop.
