Remote Control Software
I'm looking for some remote control software that would give my customer the ability to log into a web interface and download a small active x or something like that, and then give me the ability to control there computer.
I have found GoToAssist and Control F1 but both are pretty pricy, over 10g each. I know NetMeeting is free, but that doesn't give me the ability to go via the web and requires an actual program loaded on the computer, ditto with VNC.
I gave remote desktop control a google and it didn't really turn up anything except programs I have to download.
Any Ideas?

What about Dameware http://www.dameware.com/downloads/
or using the Remote Assistance that comes bundled with Windows XP?
