    WinXP Language for non-Unicode programs

    Hello all.
I have Civilisation 4 and I would like to install it in French language.
The problem is the support for non-Unicode programs.
It is set to Bulgarian Language. I can change it to French with no problems, but then the bulgarian programs are not running right(I can not see the letters - they are like chinese).
Is there a way to support 2 languages for non-Unicode programs?

Thank you, but this is not helping(I was always doing it always so).
The problem is that this way I can set only one language to support non-Unicode programs, but I want that they are 2
