Please look at this thread:

My view is that if you have contracted one of these things you probably have many more, so just run a few good cleaning tools to thin them out then let's see what we are left with?
In particular try EWIDO, A-Squared and Spybot Search & Destroy.
Download, install, update, then reboot into SAFE MODE and run them.
Whilst you are at it, update your AV and run that in safe mode as well.
You can speed up the performance of these tools by running defragmentation in safe mode as well. This allows the pattern files to be compacted.

I think the tip here is...SAFE MODE.
Obviously you have something starting up everytime you boot the computer....thats why it keeps coming back...
Try removing in safe mode.....if it comes back you can try another tool...like hijack this..

I forgot to mention, delete your restore points and manually create a new one when you have cleaned your machine.

Just a point of clarification: Turn off system restore and remove restore points prior to booting to SAFE MODE and running the anti-spyware/anti-virus and other cleanup tools. Download and Run HijackThis, if you wish, and post the results on this thread to get a bit more help on any leftover stuff. Once you've cleaned all that out, you can reboot.
Turn system restore back on and set a new restore point after rebooting normally (not SAFE MODE).
Use the system help to find the specifics for turning System Restore on and off, setting and removing restore points and such.
HijackThis is available here: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/
Good Luck.

Nope,
The stuff you need like that you have to back up yourself
"Restore" is really "system restore" which is the operating system side of things.........
EDIT: WE ARE NOT SAYING "DO A RESTORE" WE ARE SAYING REMOVE THOSE HISTORY FILES

No, it doesn't remove your programs. The System Restore and restore points are basically bookmarkers for your computer. Once you clean up the system, you can turn System Restore back on and create a restore point (say, for today). If something happens tomorrow, and you get a new infection, you can run the system restore to get your system back to the way it was when you created the nice clean restore point!
If you install new software, you should probably create a new restore point afterward so that you don't loose that application.
Kinda nice, when you know how to use it.
