Thought i would share with you an amazing piece of software I found, when my harddisk was properly f**ked and "cat /dev/hdd" wouldnt show anything that looked like data at all, i was in dispair!

I tired alsorts of programs and the majority just wouldnt work!

but File Scavenger® Version 3 worked a treat and I recovered 15gigs of the 20 gigs i lost, truely brilliant! and its only $45 dollars

if you ever lose a disk give it a go!
