    Bandwidth throttling

I have a problem with user taking too much bandwidth. All of it is HTTP downloads, and this is affecting another location. I have a Cisco 2851 running an IMA configuration. Is there a way to restrict how much bandwidth can be used for incoming port 80 traffic.

Need a little more info than that. What does the topology of your network look like? Yes you can limit each user bandwidth, but that all depends on how the network is setup. Give me some more info and I will attempt to help you some more.
