Podcasts
Not sure if there has been a thread on this before but if not I thought it would be good to share any podcast resources.
I have an ipod with one of those FM broadcasting attachments so I can listen to IT related podcasts through my car stereo during my 90 minute journey to work which I figure to be a constructive use of my time. More constructive than staring at the numberplate of the car in front of me on the M25 anyway....
Just using itunes and searching for 'security' under podcasts I found quite a few useful links, I downloaded all of the Security Now! (either search under Itunes or go to www.grc.com) podcasts and although some of them are a bit basic I still find them educational.
For example this morning I learned what a rootkit really was....

Here are two :
http://twatech.org/index.php -- Daily podcast, multiple hosts, including our own Irongeek.
http://www.sploitcast.com/ --
Welcome to SploitCast, the podcast for hackers, geeks, and the security paranoid. We are a group of students and IT professionals that have decided to start a downloadable talk show. SploitCast will discuss a wide variety of topics; these include, but are not limited to, new vulnerabilities, exploit code, security and technology news, and possibly even cute little bunny rabbits (but don't hold your breath). The SploitCast crew will also be conducting interviews and round table discussions with other members of the security industry.

www.itweek.co.uk/podcasts is another one I came across, not really security focused but still plenty of general IT issues.
