This is another site with some useful info on the IE7 Beta:IE7 Blog
The New Security Bar looks interesting:
Internet Explorer 7 introduces a new notification area called the Security Status Bar. If a web site is a known phishing site the Address Bar turns red, and the Security Status Bar will appear. If you would like to *safely* experience the phishing filter in action, you can use the URL http://207.68.169.170/contoso/enroll_auth.html (owned by Microsoft)
Click on Report that this is not a phishing website to dispute the phishing filter assessment.
If a web site is a suspected phishing site, the Address Bar turns yellow, and the Security Status Bar will appear. If you would like to *safely* experience the phishing filter in action, you can use the URL http://207.68.169.170/woodgrovebank/index.html.html (owned by Microsoft)
I think having this in place for the users would over time educate them as to the benefits of using a secure browser.....
