    I'm pretty sure the "add sig to replies" issue is unresolvable... I remember seeing that option somewhere in some mail client once but ut wasn't Outlook and I have never seen it in Outlook IIRC.

    Options>Mail format>signatures>replies

    Teach your users how to use the help files within the apps they run....

    I finally got tired of reading them to users over the phone...now I walk up to their desk and say Click on help...type your issue...voila

    I do realize most cant comprehend though

    On this site I support 3 versions of outlook....not including office amongst other software. Every site has something I havent seen before...

    and every version...they move sh1t around...just to keep us on our toes

    Help files are my saviour.....

    As for manuals..........I read them..........thats how I got into IT...I think its the geekiness in me...all new gadgets etc...even vehicles...I read the manual...always have.

    ummmmm........wine..........
