What the Fock is happened around here? Oh fock my head hurts somebody want to fill me in on what i missed ?

BTW

I have a user who is complaining that emails from one of her customers no longer reach her, but there is no NDR failure message or anything like that. So they appear to be going somewhere.

Also the existing emails from that customer now appear grey in the user's Inbox.

When I looked into this it appears that this means Outlook has designated them as junk emails, even though the 'blocked senders list' is empty.

I've got around this by adding this by adding the customer's email address to the Exceptions list in Tools--->Message Rules, but the user is worried that it may happen for other customers. (she almost lost a sale because of it).

So what I would like to do is just disable junk email filtering completely in Outlook , but I can't see a way of doing it. Any suggestions?
