Okay, it's buggin' me...
Alright, this has been buggin' me for some time.
Since when is **** (that's: he-ll) considered a foul word worthy of censorship?
Don't tell me this forum is submitting to the anti-religious, social-sterilization morons, too?
What's next? A ban on all words that Ned Flanders wouldn't say?
Seriously...are there that many people offended by the word: **** that it had to get censored? Come on, I wanna see these petitions and letters. This is ridiculous.

Where have you seen such "censorship"?
Hell is a location, and is the antithesis of Heaven?
Please be more precise

Sorry...I don't get it...on one hand it reads like you're ' miffed ' at someone censoring you here at AO...then you say it was just a test to gage reaction??? and then proceed to insult...
if people swore like that on the forums, i would NOT consider them intelligent.
the people who posted by saying you don't consider them intelligent because they ' all ' used the word you seemed to at first to be complaining about being censored by???
Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...ever think of taking up politics?

Whether cursing is offensive or not depends on the context.
Context is everything. I bet I could cause a lot of people to
react with homicidal anger without ever using any of the
most famous bad words. It is evil ideas that should
be censored. Even the "liberals" agree with that. Why do
you think they invented "political correctness"
try this.
- "funny, you don't look Jewish!"
- "some of my best friends are colored"
- "You play pretty good for a girl"
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

First off i hate all censorship and feel that nothing should get censored. I do, however, respect peoples feelings and refrain from using inappropriate language, not just swearing, at inappropriate times. The main thing to remember is that while it is considered polite to not offend someone with your language, NOBODY in the US has the right to NOT be offended.
