Question new, can you help with netgear?

ok, my father had locked a couple of my game sites and such(nothing bad, just stuff like aim, and myspace and sites like that) with this thing called netgear. now i know how he acesses it and such but i still have no idea what it is. i looked it up on google and it came with this.
    http://www.netgear.com/index_hm.php
basically a store that sells wireless internet stuff.
is there a way i can disable it, or just disable it from blocking my sites i want to go to.

plus im new at this so if theres any tips on stuff i should become common with i apperciate them all. thanks

    What is a "netgear"?

    And you got their homepage?

And you still can't figure it out?

i am really new at this so i have no idea what you guys just said. basically what i think netgear is, is my internet connection. he goes to a site and puts in a screename/password and it blocks my sites. do you know if theres a way around that, or do i have to just brute force crack it. like i said i have a very limited idea on this, i just wanted an idea of what i could do.
    thanks

do you know if theres a way around that,
Find out why your father blocked these sites, and then fix your attitude, so both of you can come up with a solution.
or do i have to just brute force crack it.
If you don't know what this thing called a "netgear", then how can you even crack it? Good luck

RTFM, dude. You don't know squat.

You need to learn to use the internet.

Connecting to a game server and using AIM doesn't count here. Devpon's right: fix your attitude and then sit down with the Ol' Man.

    No Xmas presents here. Sorry.

Don't feel bad, we're all on the learning curve. A wise man once said life is a school.

It really does sound like you need to sit down with your dad. Technology has a way of turning us into demanding ten-year-olds sometime. I'm probably no exception, but I'll never admit that.
