Proxy stuff
I know how to use proxy networks (Peacefire and the like) as they are rather self-explanatory (as in a half-dead mole could use one) but there are many Sites that list free individual proxy server Ips. I being relatively new don't know how to dial the individual servers any help would be appreciated.

Hello mate,
You may need to provide more info first, such as:
What browser are you using? Is this on a network or just at home?
Are you wanting a proxy to use whilst looking at the internet or one for content filtering, speed increase etc?
Cheers!

If you just want a web filter proxy use ninjaproxy.com
As for how to input a proxy in your browser go edit preferences in most browsers. From there on, go to google and it will explain how.

Ok - go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings then in the bottom half you will see the fields to add your proxy in, if you have B/Band.
I notice you mention dialing a proxy though, so if you have dial up go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections then Highlight your dial up connection and click settings, you will see the proxy fields in the middle of the windows that opens up, just fill 'em in a necessary!
