DNS fails
Hi! Sorry to bother again..
I am using windows XP SP2 on my main computer with a ADSL dial-up network
Just hours ago after restarting, my computer lost the DNS capability.. I can only load sites with their ip addresses...
Tried dialing-up with my other computer (using the same modem), there is no such problems
I have tried reinstalling ethernet card driver, creating a new dial-up connection, manually adding several DNS servers and it still doesn't work.
Somebody help me pls... Thx!

I would try these two commands on the machine that is giving you problems
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

I don't know how valid this article is since you are using XP SP2 and it appears that the article is based on Windows ME.

Those files make me kinda nervous you should check those out a little more. and I see that Adobe is a BHO so you really dont HAVE to have Adobe run on start up.
