this one is a concern - this is akin to a kernal hijack.. [/B]
    Description:
Userinit.exe is a key process in the Windows operating system. On boot-up it manages the different start up sequences needed, such as establishing network connection and starting up the Windows shell. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
As long as the spelled version is Userinit.exe and is in the correct system folder it is harmless. This is the trojan: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ven...satiloler.html and if the user had kept his Norton updates current, the program would catch it.

correct me if i'm wrong but doesnt that entry belong to SpyBot-search and destroy. I dont think you need to remove that entry.
Actually Spybot S & D has a run option on reboot, and if he cleans out his files and reboots, this line will disappear, after it performs the scan on startup.

Automatic analysers are not "fool proof", and if the person reads the analysis wrong and removes log entries and does not have a back up of the HJT scan, because it is in a temp file, then they are fuxored. The user should visit a forum which deals specifically with HJT logs, although the automatic analyser will point out problem areas, there are sequences of events which need to be considered when cleaning a pest infected PC.

    Hi

I see you are running 3 AV programs...Avast/AVG/Norton...this will cause problems, you may think your being protected, but the fact you have problems is because these programs are interfering with each other....Know for fact Norton does not like to work with competitors, alone it's somewhat okay, but if it has to fight for resources, the others are going to get in the way, either remove two of them or remove one and disable the other and only use for manual scanning.

    Have HJT fix the following:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {4ABF810A-F11D-4169-9D5F-7D274F2270A1} - blank (file missing)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Java - {4ABF810A-F11D-4169-9D5F-7D274F2270A1} - blank (file missing)
    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {9819CC0E-9669-4D01-9CD7-2C66DA43AC6C} - (no file)

Otherwise it looks okay, if you are experiencing slowness, it's because of your 3 AV's, the app Ccleaner has a good uninstall feature and also it has a registry file cleaner (orphan values and shortcuts mostly)

Get Stinger and run it, it will scan for trojans, you should be okay.

Might want to read up on this as well, as it can be a "get out of jail free pass"
System Restore Points and has been mentioned you can do most of these in Safe Mode.

Edit: if you decide to remove Norton, you will most definately need this:Norton Removal Tool not that I am in any way biased against Symantec, but Avast or Avg is sufficient and you have Webroot Spysweeper, so these should be enough.
