Yes!,

I was reading about the "Intel Application Accelerator " Which is a driver replacement for XP, that speeds up disk access on Systems that use Intels chipsets.

I was discouraged after reading it only works for selected Intel chipset motherboards. My motherboard uses VIA chipsets. So I did some searching on VIA's site and found it!

VIA IDE Accelerator Driver

Basicaly same thing as above but works on all VIA chipsets. Has limitation to "Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 only"

The good news is I have XP, and am now reaking the benifits. Unfortunately I forgot to do some benchmarking before I started to have something to compare to. I will say disk access is faster, if someone whats to try this driver, please post your benchmarks before and after, I forgot to do this with mine.
