rar file problem

Ive got a rar file in which is an iso. When i try to extract the iso i get the folowing diagnostic messages

file.rar: You need to start extraction from a previous volume to unpack file.iso
file.rar: No files to extract

Ive had a look at some suggestions but im totally baffled on how to get this iso extracted.

Anyone have any further suggestions?

It looks like you have an archive of more than one RAR file,
and you don't have the other file(s).
