    what happened to ettercap?

    hi all,
    does any body know what happened to ettercap, haven't seen any new release after ettercap Ng 0.7.3 and i think its more than year. Also there is very much less activity on forums both from users and developers. Keep me updated

    Uh. Why not visit his forum and ask? http://ettercap.sourceforge.net/forum/index.php It strikes me that he got spammed hugely at one point and had to tighten the forums up a bit.

    I dug through their forums and couldn't find anything other than a april fools joke saying the project had gone commercial. I fell for it and its july, im not awake yet.

    It could be the project reached the desired functionality and hasnt needed to be updated.

    Well they should rework that crappy interface. I like the old skool ncurser interface myself. The new one is clunky and makes me mad.

    I too have checked their site hoping for improvements. Looks like I'm outta luck for now.
