Ctrl+Shift+Del --> Only Check Clear Browser History (Firefox)
Or for either go to Tools --> Options (or on Firefox you can also go to Clear Private Data)..
There are plenty of ways to clear browser history... This was seems a little more tedious you have to hold it to the end of the list... if ya have a long list you might not want to sit and wait.. still cool none-the-less...
Peace,

Nothing really new, I always deleted my google history that way :P...
BTW, in IE I never had to delete it one at a time. I just had to hold it down. But that could have been an older version of IE since I rarely use IE now...

I don't see it as that useful, why would you want to delete you search history? Unless of course you are on a shared machine and have been searching for something that you shouldn't have been, in which case it's your own fault and you should deal with the consequences.

From here: http://www.techsoup.org/learningcent...t/page5797.cfm
Don't Use Google or Yahoo.
Don't use Google or Yahoo to search the Web, as they will store your entire trail of activity on their servers. Try Clusty.com or Ixquick.com, which do not save users' search data. Clusty is a meta-search engine based on Vivisimo clustered search: It queries several top search engines, combines the results, and generates an ordered list based on comparative ranking.

Do you mean the Personalized Search History? If so, this link will delete all of it and disable personalized search (it seems they removed the option from the menu now - bookmarks ftw)
