MCSE Windows 2000 or MCSE Windows 2003?

Im considering taking an MCP to work towards one of these certs, my question is which cert is more desirable to employers and will continue to be?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

To be honest ... They only look at the title ...Well in my case they do ...But why should you choose W2K if it's almost obsolote, pretty soon (well it will be another 2 years or more) there's the successor to W2K3 .

Choose W2K3 ... You'll be up to date with latest OS from the Microsoft shop... Most enterprises will be using it these days, and if you know your way around W2K3 you'll find your way fast enough in W2K.

Well that's my opinion anyway !
