found Windows Updates Downloader v2.21 Beta here http://msfn.org

Seems to be able to dowload all the critical updates and patches. Could this be an alternate to autopatcher?

However the updates/patches are merely saved and not installed. I think they have to manually installed one by one or is it?

Any other way of installing all the updates?
