Any Help Would Be Appreciated - hijackthis log

I have been struggling to figure out a problem I have been having for some time. Now and again, sometimes every couple of minutes, sometimes every couple hours, I get a small pop-up "program" or sorts. It pops up for a split second on my program bar, showing a generic windows icon, and then disappears. I have run ad-aware, spybot S&D, McAfee, Avast!, but nothing has gotten rid of it. I think I may have some sort of embedded program from another download. It's more of an annoyance than anything, because it keeps my monitor from staying in standby, and minimizes games I may be playing.

Here is the log, if anyone with some knowhow can help:

It may not be spyware/virus, etc. but rather a specific script run by HP, McAfee, etc. You might want to get process explorer from SysInternals to try to determine what is causing that pop-up

Thanks for the info, I'll check into those. It's at least good to know I'm not obviously infected

When I had some questions about Hijack this, someone here pointed me towards a pretty good analyzer... http://www.hijackthis.de it will sometimes have something catagorized as 'unknown' but usually a quick google search will let you know what to do with it... as it was previously stated, it might not be an infection... but hijackthis.de has some pretty good program explanations...
