What site/s will tell when a site is available?

I have used some sites before (for free) that show you how many years/months/days/Etc... are left until a website becomes availible to register again. I can know longer remember any of those sites though.

What should I use?

Just to let you know, the site I am wanting to watch went down because the owner could no longer afford it.

you could use whois.sc

It'll tell you when the domain expires.

for example


whois.sc/antionline.com

whois.sc/google.com

many registars like godaddy.com for example have a tool that will attempt to automatically register a domain name for you once its available.
