    Restricting USB

There is a version of linux (I only know it as damn small linux....that's what it's called, no joke) and my friend and I have discovered that it can be run off of memory (something like a live linux disk). We also found that it was small enough to put on a flash drive. My question is: Is there any way to restrict who uses the USB ports in WinXp Pro? I know how to restrict CD-ROM access to only the user that is logged on, but I haven't heard anything about USB. Hypothetically speaking, the linux could be a bit of a risk if the user knows how to mount the hard drive with linux. I don't know if this would happen that often, but it's still something to keep in mind. Thanks

By the way, this post seems to be similar to mine, so I'll try to keep an eye on it as well...
