Thanks for the numbers. I've tried to speak to and write to godaddy and domains proxy (their sister company, who hides the identy of the person) and have explicity followed their instructions (e.g., have sent their legal department a certified letter because they won't respond to emails) and have not had the courtesy of a response (although their website indicates they will respond in 7 days).

Mods- Why wasn't this post locked/deleted? Kind of crazy that you are allowing this kind of thing to go on. And I can't believe that jupmedia is ok with people using their site to solicit illegal services... Do your jobs..

Unlucky.
Perhaps you deserve this?
Seems like you've managed to piss some folks off bigtime.

I was thinking the same thing. Kind of odd, but it could be that this was lost due to the upgrade? (although there is a mod posting here)
/there was solicitation of illegal services in the very first post

Sure it has, but those were closed pretty fast or a few seniors stepped in and negged the thread to suicide.

Why is it crazy that everybody's trying to show him the legal way to go about this?
I don't see anyone condoning his intentions; rather, I see a discussion on what a bad idea it is, and on the legal and technical aspects of cases like this.
