Why not? Somehow you are now a Senior Member, so I guess you should have access to it, no?

I do not know when I became a senior member... I think they are still working out the bugs in the new system.

    Hi guys,

I will guess that the titles are set in one table in the RDB and the privileges in another...........aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh the beauty of Third Normal Form

So, you become something if that is the default setting, but your actual rights may depend on population from a table imported from the old system.

As a project manager you make arbitrary executive decisions as to whether you sort the issue out on the old system or on the new one. It is your call because you are responsible for the budget resource and deadline.

Basically you will generally have issues of synchronisation, particularly when you are dealing with a system that has been heavily modified, as your source data.

I am afraid I have been there and done that many times

It aint no bug. I guess the term newbie is out as of now. The hierarchy starts from junior member. i guess the no. is post required for each particular ladder are also reduced. like you i turned into a sr. member after the 100th post.
