This vulnerability is about a decade old now. Unless you're running an unpatched version of Windows 3.11, what is the concern if some clown is sending you fragmented ICMP packets?

    Google it !
    how it works..
Works by sending an ICMP packet whose size exceeds maximum legal length(65535 octets). This causes systems to crash.

Unless you have been living in a cave for the past decade, you have nothing to be afraid of. Even if you were, you would only be subjected to a denial of service. Thats not all that a bad thing for a normal user since its casual for ancient OSs to crash often ;-)
