How do we know it's yours? Just because you told us?

I don't know how can I proove that but I know my secret question and answer before they changed it
tell me how can I prove it and I will >_<
thanks for the e-mail address
but can I get it back that way?
or should I hack to get it back
the one who stole it is a guy from my brothers contacts.
he asked my brother if he blocked him and my brother answerd yes (stupid brother)
and he said okay you'll see what i can do and then he stole his e-mail and mine as well
how did he steal mine when I never contacted him??
and how can I prevent hacking my e-mail
I'm so desprate -_-

You'll need to prove it to them, so email abuse as he suggested and tell them all the info you have, and see if they'll help. That's the only recourse here I'm afraid. There's nothing any of us can do to help at this end

He stole your brother's first and found yours via your brother's contact list?

Don't use easy to guess passwords and answers to the "secret" questions..

You should always give the "wrong answers" that way people cannot socially engineer their way into your account

I've been through this situation before, they will ask you for any folders you may have created in your account, if none they will ask something unique your hotmail account has that will prove it's yours.

I forget the RIGHT answer, how am I suppose to remember a wrong one?
