level 7... do you actually use php? im only seeing a few include lines and thats it. the source says ur looking in the wrong place go back! whats that about? ive only learned a lil php, but all languages are pretty similar nowadays so if i saw code i think id be good... do i have to exploit his server? 
p.s. i got the username and password for the first part, then it takes you to phat.php which is where im stuck. and now that i look at it the source says level 8 so maybe i beat 7 and am on 8? i dont know this whole thing is tricksy

it has to do with another image... and also Paint Shop Pro .. or PhotoShop ... something that can view layers... check out hack-test.com/phat.[something]

I'm also stuck at level 8, but if you go back to the picture where you found the username and the password, you can see that underneath it something is scratched away, and Westin said, you had to photoshop something, so I'll ques that must be it. Unfortunatally, I don't have one, other then microsoft picture it 99' :P and that doesn't seem to work.
edit: But maybe I'm completely on the wrong track...

change the extension of the file that gives you the psd hint...
