MS Outlook - not Express
How do I recover deleted Outlook emails if they've been deleted from my inbox and from my trashcan? Will they still exist on my hard drive? If so, how do I find them?

A simple, fast, and easy solution (which pretty much ignores all basic forensics principles, but should be just fine for your purpose) is to download the FTK Demo and do a local analysis... Whether the files still exist or not, and in what state, depends on a whole lot of factors; if they do, though, a forensic toolkit is probably your best bet to uncover them.

Also you might want to try and recover deleted items. select the trash bin and then goto > tools > Recover deleted items.
