    Something's not right there...you should be showing a series of ip addresses. Did you call helpdesk?

    The N/A values in your WAN IP field is the source of your problem. Being able to hit the server from you LAN is expected because you're not routing out through the WAN interface.

    Now, stupid question time. Have you power cycled your router to see if the N/A values populate out with a public IP, gateway and DNS server? If not, I would look at the interface settings for your WAN interface and I'd also ask your ISP if anything special is needed in your SOHO router config.
