    Where is the underground economy?

I've read a paper talking about how active and easy to find the underground cyber economy was, but I can't find it. It said that there were 30 to 40 popular IRC networks devoted for buying/selling/trading misc things but I haven't been able to find one of them. Can anyone help me out?

    There are two possibilities here:

    1. You are a total moron
    2. Whoever wrote the article you read is a liar

    Which do you prefer?

Just think about it, huh?..........if it is "underground" then it cannot be easily found, by definition alone?

I heard that if you find the underground railroad, ask Harriet Tubman, she'll show you the way.
