Crystal Reports 10 Book

I'm looking for a good book for Crystal Reports 10. I know crystal quite well but need something to help with some of the more advanced feature. If any one has advice on what books my be good for my needs or even what books I should stay away from, it would be much appreciated.

Hmmm, it depends on how "well" you know it............... There is a "Complete Reference" book published by McGraw Hill. I am not exactly overwhelmed by their "complete reference" books as I find that they tend to tell you what you can do, but not exactly how to................maybe that is just me

Otherwise there just seem to be basic or beginners books around........ "Dummies" and the like.

I don't know if there is anything on CD/DVD interactive like? Sort of a workshop type environment?

Whilst I have encountered CR and used it in the past (I even have an old personal version), my preference has always been for the full Business Objects product.

Perhaps you should contact your local Business Objects Office and ask them if they have any recommendations.

I am well versed in older version of crystal, but need something that is advanced with examples. I have looked at the "Complete Reference" book and I agree with you. They tell you what you can do but not how. Thanks nihil
