    heh, apperantly the problem isn't my card, but my usb headset (which is working fine on another computer). I guess that its my usb ports that aren't working or something

    You might go into your BIOS and the Windows control panel and make sure that all your USB ports are enabled.

    I don't know how it happens but I have come across cases where they have been turned off.
