    Enron? now Dell & Intel?

Just watching UK TV. The UK City of Wolverhampton are after Dell and Intel for insider trading and "pump and dump" activities.............. Michael Dell off loaded over $2billion for example?

Some sort of "stockholder class action"

I have no links as yet but this could prove amusing......... well as a former beancounter I find this sort of stuff funny

Good find MsM, but this was on our TV right whilst I was posting it. It seems that EU outfits are joining in.............institutional investors like pension funds and the like.

This is a new one on me; for UK outfits to hire US lawyers and actively pursue misfeasance regarding overseas investments.............

It can only mean one thing?................. we are about to provisionally accept the US application for re-entry into the Commonwealth, and are trying to sort the inevitable war crimes trials out up-front?
