How come some members are now Blue????

JPNYC added some extra benefits, too.
As a summary:
- Addicts now show up in blue, have an extra 100 PM's (a total of 600), and can see who left them rep points.
- Seniors now show up in italicized blue, have an extra 200 PMS's (a total of 700), and can set their status to invisible.
