Quite a strange problem: music in a movie tooooo loud
Hallo all!
As I described it in the Title the music in a DVD movie is too loud and the speech to soft.
I was playing one time a divx version of the movie and there I had the same problem. So i thought it has something to do with the divX that I was watching so I've decided to buy the DVD.
Now I have it and the music is extremely loud and the speech is so soft, that it is nearly impossible to hear something.
What can be that for a problem? I really don't get it - that it is the only movie that is playing so - everything else is running perfect.
I played the DVD with Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic.
Any ideas?

Sound cards often come with a little config utility thing that sits in the system tray along with volume control. It has all sorts of wonderful options such as to add reverb and echo to any sound played as well as wonderful little features such as voice cancellation so you can turn your CD collection into kareoke night. However, if this ends up being left on it really does ruin your movie.
