    Keyloggers

    Apparently there has been a considerable increase in the use of keyloggers and rootkits in cyber fraud.

    Interesting to note that the guy who lost $90,000 lost his case. The Court ruled that it was his negligence that was to blame, not the Bank.

    well, note that the keylogger in question was 2 years old roughly, at least a year old at the time of the event anyway.

    I'm with the bank there, if there has been a definition for it for a year its negligence. If its new, its unlucky but probably still could have been avoided.
    If the world doesn't stop annoying me I will name my kids ";DROP DATABASE;" and get revenge.
