Internet Explorer 6 service pack 1

I have Windows 2000 with SP4 & IE 6 installed . Recently i tried to install Visual Studio 2005 but I was unable coz VS 2005 requires Internet Explorer 6 with service pack 1 installed. I've IE v6 but dont have SP1 for this. Its available at MS site but requires Windows live update. Does any 1 knw frm where i can d'load SP1 for IE v6.

The size is 273 MB ... so just started d'loading. I tried this @ everyplace and @last i installed one more OS, Win XP to solve my prob. Hope it will be workin9 with my WIn 2K.
