We use messagelabs.. Probably the most expensive solution. But if you are looking for a fully managed spam solution I don't think their offering can be beat. There system is very good at detecting new previously unknown threats. They are also very good at identifying any people that may have received a bad payload that was previously unknown.

They used to use Barracudas where I work. When IT got outsourced, Postini was contracted for spam filtering...

Im using SpamBlocker for DirectAdmin on my debian box.. works like a charm since users can modify their own spam settings, and change while / black RBL as they like.

We use PureMessage for Exchange from Sophos and find it very good.
