Windows XP Pro TTS Issue
So i recently installed Windows XP Pro "Performance Edition", which is by the way working wonderful. However, it did not come with any TTS voices and has no speech Icon in control panel. I tried looking in windows components and searching the Microsoft Website for some help but am now pretty lost. The reason i want TTS is for when i use Ventrilo. That said, can anyone help me install Microsoft TTS library or show me where to find it? Any help is appreciated.

In ventrilo if you goto "Binds" you can set up a bind to say something in TTS over the server.
